TeacherLifeQuality™A community of people in the first years of teaching, led by a master teacher and supported by mentor teachers, that participates in cultural opportunities in their locale, enjoys recreational activities here and abroad, and engages in community service. Collectively, they benefit from living in an affordable, investment driven housing complex. Their first teaching experiences, enhanced by integral collegial support, are successful, memorable and rewarding.
To become a TeacherLifeQuality participant, teachers commit to a generation of children and teach at the same children's center continuously for a specified number of years.
Consider the positive outcomes— TeacherLifeQuality improves the standard of living for participating teachers and it secures the work force in their children's centers.
